B100 Biodiesel
Imperium Renewables produces pure, unblended B100 biodiesel refined from a variety of oils; canola grown in the Pacific Northwest and Canada, soy, and many other crops. Our proprietary technology produces a consistently high-quality fuel that exceeds all American Society of Testing and Materials (ASTM) D6751 Standard and the European Standard EN 14214 and can be tailored to any additional standards required by the end user.
BQ-9000® Producer
Imperium Grays Harbor is a qualified BQ-9000® producer. BQ-9000® helps companies improve their fuel testing and greatly reduce any chance of producing or distributing inadequate fuel. To receive accreditation, companies must pass a rigorous review and inspection of their quality control processes by an independent auditor. This ensures that quality control is fully implemented to produce biodiesel fuel to the ASTM D6751 Standard and the European Standard EN 14214. The program ensures a production company is using a system for monitoring the quality of their biodiesel, including:

Glycerol
Imperium Grays Harbor produces and sells bulk volume glycerol (alternately known as glycerin), a co-product of our refining process.

Next Generation/Advanced Biofuels
Building on its strong foundation of first generation biodiesel processing technology, Imperium Renewables is hard at work at developing new technologies and processes for second generation, advanced biofuels, including bio-distillates.
